Why Do So Many Orlando Families Choose Quality Paralegal Services?

The short answer is experience, a flat price, and the fact that we do not disappear after you sign.

Inés Reynoso has worked in the legal field since 1998, first alongside attorneys in the Orlando area and since 2020 in her own office on East Colonial Drive. That means court filings in the Ninth Judicial Circuit, which covers Orange and Osceola counties, more times than she can count. She is familiar with the Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Forms and with the small details that get a filing returned. A financial affidavit submitted on the short form when the long one was needed. A Parenting Plan and Time-Sharing Schedule missing a required section.

Our fees are flat. You know the full cost before you pay anything, and there is no hourly clock running. Documents go to the Clerk through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal. For uncontested divorces, Inés stays with you throughout the process, from preparation and filing through the closing of the case. You are not left wondering whether anything happened.

Working in the Legal Field Since 1998

Before founding Quality Paralegal Services in 2020, Inés spent many years working in the legal field alongside attorneys in the Orlando area, gaining extensive experience with legal documents, court filings and court procedures.

Affordable Flat Fees, Quoted up Front

We quote the whole job before you commit. Call or message us about the document-preparation services you need. Inés explains the preparation process and provides the flat fee.

We File for You

You review and sign. We submit your documents to the Clerk of Court, and Inés remains available throughout the process.

Can I Prepare and File My Own Family Law Paperwork?

Yes. Florida allows people to represent themselves.

The court publishes approved forms for people who do, and thousands of Florida residents file them every year without an attorney. What many of them look for is not representation. It is someone to prepare their documents carefully from the information they provide and get them in front of the Clerk. That is the work we do.

QPS provides nonlawyer document-preparation services for people representing themselves, including both contested and uncontested Family Law matters. If you need legal advice or legal representation, you should consult with an attorney.

For uncontested divorces, Inés stays with you throughout the process, from preparation and filing through the closing of the case. In contested Family Law matters she remains available if you need additional documents prepared, but QPS does not provide legal representation or assist during hearings, mediation, discovery or trial.

Inés Reynoso has worked in the legal field since 1998. She explains the document-preparation services we offer and the flat fee on the first call. That conversation is free and comes with no pressure.

Personal Attention From Start to FinishWhat Does Personalized Document Preparation Actually Look Like?

It means having someone who takes the time to listen, responds to your questions, keeps you informed, and remains available throughout the document preparation and filing process.

When people compare document preparation companies, price is usually the first thing they look at, and that is fair. It is not the whole picture. What clients tell us after the fact is that what they needed was not a completed form. They needed someone who would listen, take the time to understand their specific situation, prepare the documents carefully off the information they gave, keep them updated, and still be reachable a month later when the court sent something they did not understand.

We do not hand you a packet and send you on your way. Inés personally prepares your documents and remains available throughout the process, with Maria Diaz Beltre handling the administrative side. It is a two person office on purpose. Nobody gets passed around.

What that support looks like depends on the matter. For uncontested divorces, Inés stays with you from preparation and filing through the closing of the case. For most immigration matters, she remains available through completion of the matter, including additional document preparation when needed. For contested Family Law matters, she remains available if you need additional documents prepared, but QPS does not provide legal representation or assist during hearings, mediation, discovery or trial.

Read what our clients say

our process

Four steps, and the first one costs nothing.

  1. Free Initial Consultation About Our Document Preparation Services

Call, text, or message us on WhatsApp about the document-preparation services you need. After discussing the services requested, Inés explains which documents will be prepared and provides the flat fee. Court cases run on the court's calendar, and Inés gives you a realistic estimate on the first call. No charge for that conversation, and no pressure at the end of it. QPS provides nonlawyer document-preparation services. If you need legal advice or legal representation, you should consult with an attorney.

  2. Document Preparation

We prepare the current Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Forms, or the current USCIS editions for immigration matters, along with supporting documents such as financial affidavits, child support guidelines worksheets, Parenting Plans and Time-Sharing Schedules, and affidavits of support. The documents are based on the services requested and the information you provide.

  3. Review Your Documents Before You Sign

Whenever applicable, Inés emails your completed documents before the signing appointment so you have time to review the information carefully and request any necessary corrections before you sign.

  4. Filing and Follow-Up

We file with the Clerk of Court through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal. If you are seeking civil indigent status, we prepare that application as well. Inés remains available throughout the process, including when the Clerk or the court requires additional documents.

Can You Prepare and File My Documents Fast When Something Is Urgent?

Expedited preparation and same-day e-filing

Inés understands that some matters simply cannot wait. Quality Paralegal Services is available to assist with emergency filings, expedited document preparation, and same-day electronic filing when needed. Additional fees may apply.

What Clients Say About Working With Us

Inés has assisted more than 10,000 people throughout her career, and many of her clients have shared their experience in Google reviews. Here is what a few had to say.

Where Do You File, & Do I Have to Live in Orlando?

  • Orange County
  • Osceola County
  • Seminole County
  • Lake County

Our office is on East Colonial Drive in Orlando and most clients come to us, but you do not have to be local. We file in the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange and Osceola County cases, the Eighteenth Circuit for Seminole and Brevard, and the Fifth Circuit for Lake and the counties around it. Because Florida family filings go through the statewide E-Filing Portal, the county your case sits in matters far less than it used to. We prepare documents for clients across Florida.

Immigration is different again. USCIS filings are federal, so location is almost irrelevant. We work with clients in other states regularly, and about one in five of our clients never sets foot in the office. Everything happens by phone, email, and remote online notarization. Some of those clients have trusted us with their case and their money without ever meeting us in person, which is not something we take lightly.

Hablamos español. A large share of our clients are Spanish speaking families working through the US immigration system for the first time, and both Inés and Maria are fluent. Every document we prepare, we can explain in Spanish.
